A simulated restart retains this model’s project, history, and remaining grant while clearing its current choice. It does not reload your browser. A page reload starts a new study. This is an educational rule, not a prototype of the private runtime.
What to test
Try acting before recovery. Recover the project and try again without a grant. Authorize once, defer, then choose to act. Try repeating the action without another authorization. A count should change only when the model’s conditions are met.
What this explains
Availability, permission, and a present decision answer different questions. A history can persist without ordering a new effect. The simplicity is intentional: this example exposes the distinction without asking you to mistake a button for a mind.
